Often times we get so caught up in the fancy lights, the pressure of gifts, and the stress of the holidays that we forget to appreciate the deeper meaning of Christmas- Christ’s birthday! The Living Christmas Story

*There will be slight modifications to the nativity this year to combat COVID-19. Keeping the community safe is Union United Methodist’s first priority.*

Irmo’s Union United Methodist Church is putting on its 27th annual “The Living Christmas Story” drive-through nativity, taking place during the first weekend in December from 6:30 pm to 9 pm nightly! The Living Christmas Story will offer a dramatic re-creation of Biblical scenes associated with the birth of Jesus. Live story-telling, beautiful handmade costumes, captivating scenery, and more will make this a Christmas experience to remember for the entire family. Come to First Baptist of Columbia on December 13 for their 10:30 am Sunday Morning Service featuring special guests Michael O’Brien and The Foto Sisters! Michael O ‘Brien, a beyond-talented Christian singer and songwriter, wrote, sang, and produced “The Christmas Blessing Song” for the first of two CBS movies in which he appeared: “The Christmas Blessing” and “The Christmas Shoes.” The Foto Sisters blend sacred, classical, cinematic, and pop music styles, with a hint of Celtic undertones together to create unique melodies.
