Devine Night Out

Thursday, November 8
Visit Devine Street for an evening filled with socializing, merriment and shopping! Devine Night Out is Columbia’s PREMIER holiday event. More than 50 stores and restaurants on Devine Street in Columbia will welcome guests from 5 – 8pm for an evening of shopping, socializing and festive cheer. The celebrations continue from 8 – 10pm with a fabulous FREE After Party at Henry’s (2865 Devine Street), featuring live entertainment and an assortment of complimentary food and beverages. This annual event features original designs and work from over one hundred talented artists and craftspeople from across America. Held at State Fairgrounds. More here. 

St. Michael’s Early Learning Center Holiday Market

Saturday, November 10

St. Michael’s Early Learning Center is hosting a holiday market Nov. 10 from 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. at their church on 6408 Bridgewood Road. Vendors include Pampered Chef, Avon, Paparazzi, Mani in Minutes, a Door 2 Love and many local crafters, jewelry-makers and artisans. Come get some of your holiday shopping finished early. SVAD Annual Holiday Sale

Thursday, November 15 and Friday, November 16
Students and Faculty of the School of Visual Art and Design at USC will have handmade artworks for sale including ceramics, printmaking, photography and painting. Held in the School of Visual Art and Design from 9am to 6pm. More here. 

Gem and Mineral Show 2018

Gem, Mineral & Jewelry Show

Friday, November 16 – Sunday, November 18
The 51st Annual Columbia Gem & Mineral Show will be held at the Jamil Temple (206 Jamil Road). Shop jewelry, beads, loose stones, fossils, minerals, gold, silver, and tools for sale. Geodes sold and cut, club members’ rock collections will be on exhibit & lapidary demonstrations, see South Carolina amethyst on display. Special Grand Prize Drawing Award for Calcite with Celestite from Clay County, Ohio, donated by Universal Rock Shop, valued at $240! Lots of fun for the whole family! $5 for adults, 16 & under free, and all military and their dependents free.. More here.

Santa & The Grinch Holiday Bazaar

The Cayce-West Columbia Chamber presents the Santa & Grinch Holiday Bazaar at Glenforest School in West Columbia from 9am-1pm. There will be free breakfast, free kids activities, shopping and photo packages available. More here.

Holiday Market at Crooked Creek Park

Area artists, crafters, and business owners are invited to participate as vendors in this sale. Shoppers can purchase one-of-a-kind items including, but not limited to, paintings, handmade jewelry, home decor items, etc. Those interested in selling items must complete an application. Midlands Clay Arts Society 18th Annual Holiday Sale

48th Annual Christmas Craft Show

Friday, November 30 – Saturday, December 1
Held at the Odell Weeks Activity Center in Aiken, features over 100 exhibitors from all over the Southeast. Wreaths, wood furniture, paintings, baked goods, jewelry, holiday ornaments, ceramics, pottery and many other unique items.  More here.

37th Annual Santa’s Market Craft Show

Saturday, December 1
Held at Seven Oaks Park (200 Leisure Lane). Enjoy the sights and delights of the holiday season at this annual event featuring unique gifts, charming decorations and one of a kind crafts. Complete your holiday shopping with items including but not limited to, art prints and paintings, hand-made jewelry, ornaments, painted glassware, holiday wreaths, and decor. Winter Native American Art & Craft Festival

Saturday, December 1
This festival, hosted by Native American Studies Center in Lancaster, will be held from 9am – 4pm. Just in time for the holiday season, see and shop for jewelry, Catawba pottery, baskets, quilts, and more one-of-a-kind artwork at the sixth annual festival, held in conjunction with the City of Lancaster’s Christmas in the City. Country Christmas Trunk Show

Sunday, December 2

A Starry Night

Each year, nearly 100 makers from across the Southeast attend Crafty Feast! Columbia’s indie craft fair will be held 12-6pm at Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center. More here.
